Truth be told, contacting them to start the loan is the easy part. As you can see below, there are clusters of Guild Mortgage offices throughout the United States.


For as many offices as Guild Mortgage has, they have a stack of complaints by angry and let down individuals alike.

Working at Guild Mortgage seems to be alright, as both GlassDoor and Indeed employee reviews are mostly positive, but you will notice that almost none of them talk about helping customers or enjoying helping people get loans or keep their homes. They are all focused on teamwork within the company and helping one another advance, great benefits and... a nice coffee machine.
